    • + My package is taking a long time to arrive, what do I do?

      If your package has not arrived and it is past the estimated delivery date, please notify us. We will contact the shipping company. A refund WILL NOT be given because a package arrives later than expected.

    • + How long will my products take to arrive after placing my order?

      Your shipment will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days and arrive to you within 3-8 days depending on your location.

    • + If my product arrives damaged will i get a refund?

      We take pride in our quality control in our shipping department so this is a very rare occurrence. In the event that your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us via our contact form with details of the issue and a member of our customer service team will get back to you.

    • + How do I host a game on my Live?

      A great resource for this is to go to facebook and simply type in "PULL TAB GAMES" in the search and you'll see dozens of live shows all throughout the day. This will give you a good idea of how to run your games.

    • + Where can I buy your products in my area?

      Unfortunately we are not sold anywhere else but our online store. We will update you if anything changes in the future.

    • + What if my package says it was delivered, but I do not have it?

      If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with other people who live with you, neighbors, or front desk management. If you still cannot locate your package, please email us to contact the shipping service. This does not mean you will receive a refund.

    • + How do I file a shipping claim?

      Customers are not to file a shipping claim; we must initiate the claim (if applicable) as we are the shipper. Please email us about issues with delivery and we will file the claim if needed.
