PLAYING THE GAME

Players are looking for holder/signer cards (numbers 100-600) to hold onto until the end of the game.  There is one Party Animal card (Wild Card) in the game.  At the end of the game, the player with the wild card will choose which balloon (seal) to open.  The player with the Party Animal card is guaranteed part of the seal amount.
